To offer the best, most creative, and most efficient customer service, we have a GMP management guide that includes the 5Ps of GMP-people, premises, processes, products, and procedures (as paperwork) which we follow daily operation and production. All our movements are based on everyone in Liang Guam having reasonable control over their work area. We also strictly follow our company's ISO PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, and Act).

• Each of them has corresponded to their own GMP regulation and SOP, for example: 
• Educating and Training SOP for Human Rescues to obey
• Approved Supplier Utilized SOP and Forms for purchasing to evaluate the supplier
• SOP-driven complaint/recall for sales to follow

• All our dedicated notebooks, hard copies, and electronic ones for client projects are archived in a secure, readily retrievable place. 
• We backed up all the data daily.
• We have written sampling and testing procedures and acceptance criteria to ensure conformance to finished product specifications. 
• We will keep reserve samples for two years after the product expires. 
• Once the client makes a complaint, the Quality Assurance will start an investigation group to investigate the problem. 

Includes Production, Packaging, Filling, and Warehouse Divisions

• The production department monitor and maintain the machines, 100K clean room, air system, and pure water facility operation.
• Implement orders’ filling and packaging schedule. 
• The warehouse division manages and assists final goods, raw materials, and packaging material shipment and entry. 
• In 2015, we built an Auto-Mated Warehouse, which includes 780 storage spaces of 120*100 pallets in size to commit FIFO (First In, First Out) and decrease the opportunities for human error.
