2. Amino Acid Soap Base

Amino acids help reduce signs of aging and maintain skin hydration. Due to their rising popularity in skincare, we developed this base for clients who want to recreate soap at home, in workshops, or in small-scale production.

3. Lanolin Soap Base

Lanolin is known for soothing and repairing dry, cracked, or dehydrated skin. This base adds a moisturizing effect and supports the skin’s natural barrier.

4. Olive Oil Soap Base

5. Sapindus Soap Base

Our Core Soap Base Ingredients

At the heart of our soap base formulations are three key ingredients, each chosen for its specific benefits:

Soap Base Packaging

To make your production process easier, we offer pre-cut soap bases. Each roll contains 1 kilogram of soap base, cut into ten pieces of 100 grams. A standard carton contains 20 rolls, each individually wrapped in plastic for protection.

How to Melt the Soap Base

Microwave Method

1. Place 100 grams of soap base into a microwave-safe bowl
2. Heat on medium-high for one minute
3. Once melted, add fragrance, extracts, and color, and stir thoroughly
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and spray the surface with alcohol to remove bubbles
5. Let it cool for 40 minutes to 1 hour

Double Boiler Method

1. Place 100 grams of soap base into a heatproof bowl
2. Fill a pot with a few inches of water and bring to a gentle simmer
3. Place the bowl over the pot, allowing steam to melt the soap base evenly
4. After the base is fully melted, add fragrance, extracts, and color, and stir well
5. Pour into a mold and spray alcohol on the surface to eliminate bubbles
6. Allow the soap to cool completely for 40 minutes to 1 hour
