Flow Meter Filling Machine
To shorten the delivery time for our customers, 6-Head Auto Liquid Filling Machine includes Air Washing Bottles to Filling to Locking the pump, and finally Printing the Lot and Batch codes.
Special-shaped Bag Machine
To service our customers better, we have imported a special-shaped bag machine. We can help you with all the various shapes of the foil bags, and we can fill one to four diverse formulations in the same pack of foil bags. Also, you can design an advertising area on it.
Auto-Facial Mask Sheet Filling Machine
Is designed for high production capacity. The machine starts with Placing Mask Sheet into the bag, Filling, Sealing, Printing Lot, and batching. To ensure we provide a high product level to our customers, we also set twice quality control stages to decrease the possibility of unsuccessful unsealing.
Vacuum Emulsifier Mixers
To provide our clients with high-efficiency products, we purchased Vacuum Emulsifier Mixer to mix the ingredients better together and without making bubbles in the product. We also have 500kg to 2,000kg heated mixing tanks to converge our clients' demands. And all our staffs are well-trained with formulation, safety, and industry knowledge.
Auto Soap Bar Stretch Wrapper
Soap was the first product that Liang Guam manufactured, and to increase productivity, we imported a Soap Bar Stretch Wrapper from Italy. We can produce all kinds of shapes and the formulation of soap.
GMP Standard - Water & Air Advanced System
RO (Reverse Osmosis) Water System
Over 80% of our products are made by water, so we seriously take our RO water system. For our Water System, we are 24 hours of pure water circulation. We have RO reverse osmosis and UV Sterilization to operate water purification, disinfection, and food-grade stainless steel containers to ensure reliable and chemical-free water for manufacturing. Plus, we have a professional staff to monitor the water system daily, our Research and Development team will test the bacteria monthly, and we will outsource testing annually.
Microcomputer Air Conditioning Control System
Liang Guam has implemented a 100,000-level dust-free workshop for the whole manufacturing building, including the offices. Our air conditioning system is designed to meet ISO requirements, which kills & filters out bacteria and adjusts humidity and temperature. The system is a modular design that is easy to install, repair, and maintain.
Storage Management System:
In 2015, Liang Guam built an Auto-Mated Warehouse, which includes 780 pallets storage spaces of 120*100cm pallets sizes. By having Auto-Mated Warehouse, Liang Guam can commit FIFO (First in, First out) mission and significantly decrease the percentage of human error.
