No, Liang Guam does not require any sample fee from our client, but instead, US 60 dollars discussion fee will start up your project before sampling. The international shipping fee will be on your side. (Discussion Fee: We will kindly ask for a discussion fee from our client because we hope our client understands that one time of sampling includes many peoples’ effects, including purchasing, chemical engineers, and over-sea specialists.)

The lead time: We pride ourselves on quality, support, and efficiency. This time may vary depending on your artwork, order size, and proofing process. Should every raw material and packaging material be ready at our site, we will need about 30-45 working days to finalize the project. 

For a new business that we haven’t worked with, the customer submits 50% of the payment after verifying the approved sample and 50% after the product is completed and before shipping. For repeating customers or mature cosmetic brands that have their way of working, we are open to discuss the terms before our project kick-off.

Formulations are the details of ingredients, percentages used, the method they are applied in the batch-making process, and which should extend to a detailed listing of the manufacturing processes. It forms the basis for your cosmetic formulation.
